One: Product Innovation
1. Applied Industries and use:
A patented one time one drawer and automatic return slide design is used in the "Ideal function tool cabinet." The main sales market is Europe and the United States, mainly targeting a middle class consumer group.
2. Product styling and technical features:
The drawers have safety opening and closing devices and embedded aluminum handles. All drawers have slip pads placed inside to prevent tools from sliding and protect the paint surface from damage.
3. Structure and function:
Our Company has innovatively researched and designed a single opening function applied in the Ideal function tool cabinet. The slides with buffers are 20% more than average tool cabinet slides. The streamlined pipe side handle is formed from high-quality stainless steel and fixed on the side of the cabinet to help tool cabinet movement.
4. Quality control & environmental safety:
The products are put through salt spray testing, walk testing, and slide durability testing in the IQC to production process. Through the strict sampling plan, each product that exits the factory is guaranteed to provide customers maximum satisfaction.

1. Target market and customer base
The main sales market of the "Ideal function tool cabinet" are Europe, the United States, Japan, and Taiwan. It mainly targets sales to the auto repair, hand tools, machinery and manufacturing industry consumer groups.

We currently have one domestic distributor, four sales offices on the US West Coast, foreign offices, and exclusive agents and distributors in various countries.

The customer database application and services of our Company include gathering customer information, building customer databases, the sales teams creating product sales and performing customer needs analysis, and holding regular customer service meetings. Customer comments and complaints activating the customer complaints handling mechanism are the basis for improving this assessment.

The CSPS brand is mainly promoted to countries through domestic and international trade fairs, such as the National Hardware Show and Colon Hardware Show, etc. to increase corporate brand and product exposure.
